FundRise ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Linkio Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Email address and authentication details processed via Supabase Auth.
• Financial Data: Expenses, budget goals, and income entries you manually input or upload via CSV/Bank statements.
• Image Data: Receipts uploaded for AI scanning. These are processed to extract text and are stored securely.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the app, such as features used and time spent, to improve the AI Coach.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide budgeting insights and AI-driven financial coaching.
• To sync your data across devices using Supabase cloud storage.
• To manage your "Pro" subscription and features.
• To provide customer support and app updates.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption. Your financial data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you can access your personal records.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase (database/auth) and OpenAI (for AI Coach/Receipt processing). We do not sell your financial data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, delete, or port your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app settings.

FundRise Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FundRise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. FundRise is a product of Linkio Technologies.

2. No Financial Advice

FundRise is a data organization and personal budgeting tool only.

• Not a Financial Planner: FundRise does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice.
• Educational Purposes: The insights provided by the AI Coach are based on automated algorithms and are for informational purposes only. They should not be considered professional financial recommendations.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We recommend consulting with a certified financial professional before making significant financial commitments.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Supabase login credentials.
• Linkio Technologies is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or shared credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments (Pro Version)

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the respective store's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkio Technologies shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on the AI Coach's insights.
